About the Role
As a Customer Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while also managing stock and product-related tasks. No two days will be the same!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with phone enquiries and in-person counter sales.
- Process and pick orders efficiently.
- Handle stock control, including inward and outward stock movement.
- Manage stock purchasing and conduct regular stock takes.
- Mix paint to customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a problem-solving mindset.
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Experience in stock control and paint mixing (advantageous but not essential).
- Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks.
